Cancellation & Refunds

1.1 A non-refundable booking fee of £100 is required to secure your date. Until this is paid, the date remains open to other inquiries.

1.2 The remaining balance is due strictly 7 days before the wedding date.

​

1.3 If the Client cancels the booking, the following charges apply:

​

• More than 90 days before the event: The booking fee is retained by Amy Rose Content; any other balances paid will be refunded.

• 31 to 90 days before the event: The booking fee is retained, and 50% of the remaining package balance is due.

• 30 days or fewer before the event: 100% of the total package price is due, and no refunds will be issued.

1.4 In the highly unlikely event that the Videographer/Content Creator must cancel due to severe illness or emergency, a trusted replacement will be sought. If no replacement can be found, a 100% refund of all monies paid will be issued to the Client.

💡 One final tip for Destination Weddings:

​

If you book me for a destination wedding and I have already paid out-of-pocket for flights or accommodation, my contract states that all travel expenses are 100% non-refundable regardless of when you cancel, as I cannot get that money back from the airlines!
